I was talking to my roommate last night about divine dining experiences in New York, which got me thinking about all of the restaurants in the city I've never been to and that I'd like to try someday when, by the grace of God, I am not flat broke. I'm going to make a wish list here. Not to be presumptuous, but if your money is burning a hole in your pocket and you need a platonic dining companion, send me an e-mail. I can either pepper our dinner conversation with snarky commentary, or I can keep my piehole shut and appreciate your patronage in silence. And if you want to be written about in the blog, I'll be happy to paint you through rose-colored lenses, but if you'd rather be the Anonymous donor on my engraved marble slab of contributors, I will accommodate.
