Some naughty Italian named these guys "strozzapreti" ("priest stranglers") because of their twisted up towel shape. Try them with pesto or even some puttanesca (whore style) sauce, you cheeky monkey. I *love* Murray's Cheese Shop. One time a woman working there gave me some shit about buying Gjetost -- a particularly low-rent Norwegian cheese. Other than that, though, I think Murray's has the best selection and most helpful staff of any cheese shop I've ever been in. Rock!
