Stopped for a sample of green tea fro-yo at Pinkberry, the new fro-yo establishment imported from L.A.
The verdict? Um, that shit is nars-TY. Like pukey ice milk. No joke. Send it back to L.A. We'll trade for some of that Armenian garlic chicken or Ruen Pair or Monterey Park dim sum or Little Tokyo crepes with matcha ice cream and red bean please.
...or may i suggest the recently discovered "Corn Ice Cream" from Palapa Azu courtesy of LA as well!
It's available at Whole Foods and just fantastic. I'll never eat Haagen Dazs again.
I had corn ice cream at Chikalicious -- divine! For me, the corn gelato at Otto is better than the more popular olive oil gelato. Nice to know you can buy retail too.
If you're talking about Zankou Chicken, I love you. Almost as much as I love Zankou Chicken. I even have one of those yellow t-shirts that the employees wear.
Zankou! That's it. I've never actually had it, but I know Zankou chicken and I were meant for each other, I can feel it. And it seems like a much more interesting Angeleno food than the pukey ice milk.
Pinkberry is the best and u just jealous.
no, u is the best don't b a h8r.
yeah we in the la surrounding area think pinkberry sucks.. besides do you know whats actually in that shit.. not for consumption..honest truth...
