Hi Ganda. You have a fun site. But my comment goes to Allen. What Allen? No kimchi? It's awesome with hot rice!! But I have to empathize with you, kimchi should NEVER be opened indoors. Especially when you're sharing living space with another person who is not accustomed to kimchi. It fumes can be a lethal weapon. When I eat kimchi, I go OUTSIDE and indulge!
