@Jackie, I made a previous iteration of the recipe and the printed recipe. Don’t skimp on the orange zest – pack it down in the measuring cup. For me, the buns were a little too big. Mmm, these sound and look amazing. Did you use the recipe that’s currently printed on the Saveur web site? The comments there make it sound like there are problems with the recipe?

OMG how did you get that aroma to come through my screen? These look so good, but I am going to be strong. I will wait until Saturday morning to make these and right after eating one will set up a stand outside my house and try and sell the rest to my neighbors before I devour the whole pan!
